Welcome to Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics.
Termination of Session:
Clients who refuse to follow office policies will be denied service. Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics has every right to terminate a session and all future business if a client is being or attempting to be inappropriate in any way during session.
Refunds:
Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics does not offer any refunds. All sales are final, including products purchased.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments as needed. Please provide 24 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment or you will be charged a no show fee. Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics has every right to reschedule an appointment in the case of a personal emergency.
Late/Cancellations:
Clients agree to and understand that by booking an appointment with Lotus Therapy Massage & Esthetics that they are reserving a time slot to receive their service. If the client fails to make it to their appointment on time they will only receive the remaining time of their appointment. If the client fails to show up to their appointment in total, Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics has the right to charge the client 50% of the appointment price for a no show fee.
Discounts and Coupons:
Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics will not accept discounts or coupons that have expired.
Service Bundle Packages:
Service Bundles are available for clients to purchase. Each bundle expires at a different date. Client must use all services before expiration date or the sessions will be no longer valid. There are no refunds on service bundles. Service bundles may be gifted to another individual.
Services and Minors:
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent in order to receive massage from Lotus Healing Massage & Esthetics. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their service.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can be transferred but not refunded. All gift cards are issued online only. If you would like a physical gift certificate please call to have that arranged.
Events:
50% of service (deposit) is required to book events. This deposit is non- refundable. Clients looking to book events have 72 hours to pay deposit or the event will not be scheduled. For all other questions, please call 248-820-5604
